Wonderful camping experience

I just recently went with our troop on a camping trip. I admired their energy to keep plugging along, and how they got their second wind of energy after their little break downs.
How they said things that would make you laugh. Then how they can also said things that could hurt feelings. As I step back in admiration; I have to wonder is this how God sees us? His children?
He must watch us as we tackle life with great energy then run into a rut where we need Him and have a break down. Then after we endure with His help get our second wind of energy.
Watch us as we learn to discipline our tongues to say good and spread good instead of bad and cutting words and spreading evil.
I am so inspired by these little miracles of joy and thankful for the opportunity to be blessed to go with them on this experience. I just wanted to share with you all. Have a wonderful day!

Parting of the Red Sea craft.

We did this craft the other Sunday for our 3 and 4 year old class room.

We colored the center with a brown crayon and taped over it. Then we gave the kids some blue finger paint and let them feel the wet paint as they painted all over the paper. When they finished and cleaned up; we told the kids each time we removed the tape and they walked on dry land and let them feel the center of the paper. I only wish I had put the verse and their name on before they started painting though.

Exodus 14:29 "God's people went through the Red Sea on dry ground."
